Military Families: Pound the Pollen 5K (Norfolk)

Shake off the winter blues and welcome the new season with NSA HR – Headquarters MWR Fitness. We are hosting our Pound the Pollen 5K on Friday, April 17 at POW Park. Packet pick-up and same day registration start at 10 AM. The run will begin at 11:30 AM. T-shirts will be given out to the first 300 finishers. Medals will be given out to the first-place age group winners for both men and women. There will be a post-race party with live entertainment/DJ, pizza, and an awards ceremony.
