Military Families: My Mini and Me Workout Mondays at Naval Station Norfolk

Get a workout in with your kids on the first and third Monday of every month with NAVSTA Norfolk MWR. This class will be 9 to 10 AM at the N24 Gym. This class is FREE and open to all with their little one. Light refreshments will be provided after class!
