Join us for our Little Sprout Explorers series! Each week you and your little ones will be introduced to nature and science concepts through crafts, hands-on exploration, walking tours, and a story time.
Recommended for children ages 3-6 with significant chaperone assistance.
8/17 Bees in the Garden – Take a walk through our different pollinator-friendly gardens to learn about the different bees who live in Coastal Virginia.
8/24 Frog or Toad? – Do you know the differences between a frog and a toad? Join us on a trek through the garden to learn about the lifecycles, anatomies, and diets of the frogs and toads that live in the garden
8/31 Garden Safari –Explore the WOW African Savanna Passport Garden to learn about some of the unique plants and animals who call the continent of Africa home.
