Kids Yoga at Sky’s the Limit Yoga (Norfolk)

While the adults soak up mat time in our sky room the kiddos will move and groove on their mat in our lotus room! Class is welcomed to all little yoginis that are roughly 6-10 years old. Class will be structured with time on and off the mat as we get their creative juices flowing with all sorts of fun yoga approved activities.
