Kid’s Paint Nite – Cherry Blossom Edition at Red Wing Park (Virginia Beach)

**This activity is part of the 2026 Cherry Blossom Festival**
Celebrate spring through art and nature! In this hands-on workshop, youth will learn fun facts about cherry blossom trees and explore what makes their blooming season so special. Participants will then create their own cherry-blossom landscape painting using mostly natural materials to make unique patterns and brush effects on canvas.
This beginner-friendly activity encourages creativity, outdoor learning, and sensory exploration while kids paint in view of the blooming trees.
All materials are provided. Perfect for young artists of all skill levels.
All chaperones must stay on site during the event.
Inclement weather location is Princess Anne Rec Center.
**A recreation membership in not required for this activity.**
