$90Discover the beauty of sweet tarts in this hands-on class for teens. You’ll learn to make a tender, buttery pâte sucrée (sweet pastry dough), classic fillings — then bring it all together with seasonal = finishing touches to give you 3 beautiful tarts.
How the class works: Students will work in pairs to prepares their tart shells, filling, and topping while learning essential pastry techniques..
What you’ll take home: Elegant, fully assembled sweet tarts to share (or keep all to yourself!).
This class is for older children and young adults age 10-17.
