You’ll learn all about buttercream piping techniques, such as borders, writing, drop flowers, leaves, and the trending ombre rosettes design. In addition, you’ll master the art of assembling and filling a piping bag with tips, understanding different icing consistencies, icing your cake, smoothing it out, and creating textured designs. Get ready to take your cake decorating skills to the next level!
