CANCELED – Holiday Food & Toy Drive with the VB Mounted Patrol (Virginia Beach)

With this weekend shaping up to be cold, wet, and pretty soggy, we’ve decided to CANCEL the Toy and Food Drive originally planned for Saturday the 6th. We want everyone and our horses to stay warm and comfortable, and this weather just isn’t ideal for an outdoor event.
But don’t worry! You’ll still have a chance to stop by and support local families this holiday season.
On Saturday, December 13, during the Friend’s Craft Show, the Mounted Patrol barn will be open and decorated for the holidays.You’re welcome to stop in to:
Drop off an unwrapped toy or canned food item
Say hello to the horses
Visit with Santa
Enjoy the cozy, festive barnThank you for your understanding—and we look forward to seeing you on the 13th!
Please join us for our Holiday Food & Toy Drive. Please bring a new unwrapped toy or non-perishable food item to the barn to share with families in our community. We will have demonstrations by the K-9 Unit, our farrier and the Mounted Patrol. Get your picture taken with Santa Claus and, if weather permits, children can have their pictures taken on one of our equine officers! It is a fun event for the whole family.
