Chocolate was a popular treat during colonial times. By the middle of the 18th century, hot chocolate, flavored with a variety of spices, had become a favorite drink in both Europe and America. What makes one chocolate different from another? What is the proper way to taste chocolate? Attend this informative lecture to find out!
