Historic Garden Week Tour (Williamsburg)

April 21 @ 10:00 am - 5:30 pm

The year 2026 marks notable anniversaries for Williamsburg: the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 100th anniversary of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.  The Foundation, envisioned by the Reverend Dr. W.A.R. Goodwin and generously funded by John D. Rockefeller, Jr., began in 1926 as an idea to restore the 18th-century town of Williamsburg and bring America’s history to life. Today, it stands as the world’s largest U.S. history museum and a center for education, preservation, and research. Visitors will enjoy a walking tour of properties entirely within the Colonial Williamsburg restored area, featuring homes and gardens rarely open to the public. Horticultural staff from Colonial Williamsburg will be available to answer questions in the gardens.
