Highland Park Civic League Trick or Treat Party (Norfolk)

Trick or treat on Colley Ave in Highland Park! Fun for all ages – 29 local businesses are passing out candy, raffling off gift cards, and serving hauntingly good specials!
Meet at Elation Brewing (5104 Colley Ave) for your trick or treat map and free candy tote!
Grown ups can trick-or-treat too! Collect stamps from as many businesses as you can to be entered into a raffle for sweet treats – gift cards from our local businesses!
Voyager Coffee will be open at 11:00am – check out the new Fall Menu!
Elation opens at noon, as well as the Elated Kitchen and Bakehouse Pizza! 
Hosted by the Highland Park Civic League with the support of the City of Norfolk and our wonderful Highland Park businesses and neighbors.
