Food Allergy Friendly Camp (Chesapeake)

This years Food allergy friendly camp is ready for sign ups! We hope you can join us again!!

All options have been offset by a generous grant from FARE to keep the costs low. We also decided to not do a t-shirt to keep the cost of camp as low as possible for families. Costs are so low that we anticipate spots filling up quickly, sign up soon so you don’t loose a spot!
As always, this camp is a way for our kids with FA to experience what camp is like. However, their supportive siblings and close friends who keep them safe on a daily basis are welcome to join them (they do need to follow the same allergy friend protocols)

Coastal Food Allergy Support (CoFas) is hosting a Food Allergy Friendly Adventure Camp at Triple R Ranch in Chesapeake Virginia on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

The day is planned with activities for kids 5-teenagers.  But no worries, everyone will be in groups of similar aged kids. There will be many fun activities throughout the day so everyone should go home tired! The activities get more adventurous for the older campers. Kids who are 8 and older can transition from pony rides to riding horses on their own. This makes the price a little higher for the 8+ age groups. 

For the 5-7 year old campers who might be experiencing camp for the first time there are two options to choose from. If your camper would prefer to try our camp but not stay all day, then the half day option is for them.  If your camper is ready to attend a full day of day of camp alone, then you select the 5-7 year old session. Activities offered will be similar until the half day campers depart for the day. Both groups will conquer the climbing wall, enjoy a pony ride, barn tour and critter corral and experience a shooting sport. The all day campers will continue their day with archery tag and leather craft.  

  • Fee for half-day campers 5 to 7 years old is $21 

  • Fee for full-day campers 5 to 7 years old is $43

  • Fee for campers 8 years and older is $59
