FitPop Workout (Virginia Beach)

May 4 @ 6:30 am - 7:15 am

Never Miss A Monday! This bootcamp-style workout will combine muscular strength, endurance, and cardiorespiratory training to improve overall fitness. Challenge yourself with an integrated standardized assessment at 8-week intervals to track your progress. Bring a towel, water and athletic shoes, and start your week off right with a motivating Monday morning workout! Age 14 yrs +, Mixed
**NOTE: A Virginia Beach Recreation Membership is NOT required for this program.
*Class will meet at the Pull-Up station across from Shelter 2/3. This is located between the Mount Trashmore summit and Lake Trashmore next to the second restroom facility along the path through the middle of the park.
In case of bad weather or an instructor emergency, a cancellation email will be sent a minimum of one hour before the start of class.
