FitPop Stretch & Release at Back Bay’s Farmhouse (Virginia Beach)

Unwind your mind on the mat. This group class will focus on gentle movement to improve mobility and release tight muscles. Take a deep breath and spend some time focused on you! Bring your mat and water and come stretch with us! A limited supply of mats will be available on site if needed.
**NOTE: A Virginia Beach Recreation Membership is NOT required for this program.
