FitPop Nature Bathing Walk Pop-Up at Level Green Park (Virginia Beach)

Experience a guided walk to soak in the sites and sounds of the nature around you. Connect with the mind through guided reflection while moving the body to promote “feel-good” hormone (endorphins and serotonin) release. See what a short walk with new and old friends will do for the mind, body, and soul.
Meet your instructors by the bathrooms for a 30 minute walk around the park during Level Green’s Community Day celebration.
Age 14+**NOTE: A Virginia Beach Recreation Membership is NOT required for this program.
