Celebrate Earth Day with a grounding outdoor yoga flow designed to help you reconnect, release, and reset

Join me for a special Earth Day outdoor yoga experience designed to bring you back to what matters, your breath, your body, and your connection to the Earth 🌿

We’ll gather in nature for a slow, intentional flow focused on grounding, gentle movement, and mindful stillness. This class is open to all levels and created to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and soak in the healing energy of being outdoors.

Expect:
✨ A slow, beginner-friendly yoga flow
✨ Breathwork to calm the mind + body
✨ A grounding “earth connection” moment (barefoot optional 🌱)
✨ Deep relaxation + sound healing elements
