Dodge & Defend at Williams Farm Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

Join the Youth Opportunities Office for Dodge & Defend! Each session kicks off with a 10-minute presentation from our “This Is Not About Drugs” curriculum , giving teens tools for making healthy choices and learning about opioid safety. 
Afterward, enjoy free pizza with friends, then hit the court for a friendly pick-up game of dodgeball . Learn, connect, and have fun all in one evening!
