College Readiness at Colley Community Center (Norfolk)

Are you heading to college in a few months or planning on it in the coming years? If so, DON’T miss this workshop at the CCC! This will be our third time hosting this special workshop that will be focused on helping high schoolers prepare for what college life will really be like!
Current college students & recent grads in the area will share tips for navigating campus life as it relates to academics, finances, social life, & mental health. Parents of soon-to-be graduates, we have a treat for you as well!! Towards the start of the event, we will have a parent panel discussion going in the auditorium while high schoolers are rotating through sessions. These breakout sessions will then be followed by a student-led panel to close out the event, so come ready to ask questions and gain wisdom from those who know best.
