Classical Education Showcase: Gods & Goddesses of Greece at James City County Library (Williamsburg)

FreeExperience classical education as presented by Highlands Latin Cottage School Williamsburg, a homeschool hybrid school. Please note the recommended audience for each session, however students of all ages and abilities are encouraged to attend. Each session requires a separate online registration.
Explore the origins of Western literature through the study of Greek mythology. Students will read from D’Aulaire’s Book of Greek Myths, focusing on the stories of Aphrodite, Ares, and Athena. This session pairs the reading with a formal lesson focused on vocabulary, reading comprehension, and character analysis.
Registration is required; recommended for grades 3-6+.
