Grab the kiddos and join us for a special storytime in motion! Norfolk Public Library is teaming up with Hampton Roads Transit to provide a Children’s Storytime as we ride through the City of Norfolk.
This event is FREE, but registration is required, for participants of all ages, as space is limited.
