Join us for a week-long celebration of cherry blossoms, Japanese culture, music, and art at Red Wing Park! Experience breathtaking floral beauty, cultural performances, martial arts demonstrations, and hands-on activities for the whole family.

Weekend Highlights

Friday, March 27 | 6–9 p.m. – Nighttime Hanami

1. NEW! Witness the illuminated Yoshino Cherry Trees in a magical nighttime display.
2. Perfect photography opportunities under glowing blossoms.
3. Food, refreshments, and vendors.

Saturday, March 28 & Sunday, March 29 | 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

1. Live cultural performances and martial arts demonstrations.
2. Hands-on activities and crafts reflecting Asian culture and the cherry blossom theme.
3. Food trucks and vendors selling artwork, merchandise, and snacks.

Know Before You Go

1. Expect traffic delays in the festival area.
2. Free parking: Grass field opens at 10 a.m. (weekends only). Limited accessible parking available.
3. Japanese Garden lot closed; basketball courts closed; dog park entrances modified.
4. Seating is limited—bring your own chair.
5. Food & drinks available for purchase.
6. Please use crosswalks due to high traffic and expect loud noises near the performance stage.

Parking Instructions:

1. Grass Field: General & additional accessible parking.
2. Park Office/Dog Park Lot: Reserved for handicap-accessible parking only.
3. Japanese Garden Lot: Closed during the festival.
