Celebrate Freedom at Chesapeake City Park (Chesapeake)

Let freedom ring as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary this year during the annual Celebrate Freedom Concert and Fireworks Spectacular at Chesapeake City Park!
Beginning at 5:00 PM, guests can delight in food, fun, games, history, and childrens activities. Listen to dynamic patriotic concert music from the U.S. Navy Fleet Forces Band before Pyrotecnicos sky-illuminating fireworks display.
A variety of food trucks will be available. Visit the Parks, Recreation and Tourism tent to get your giveaway while supplies last!
Bring your own chairs or blanket. Tents, feather flags, and oversized umbrellas are not permitted.
SCHEDULE (Times are approximate):
4:00 PM – Paid Parking Begins ($10 per vehicle – cash only)
5:00 PM – Childrens Entertainment and Concessions

8:30 PM – U.S. Fleet Forces Wind Ensemble
