Celebrate Black History Month at Pearl Bailey Library (Newport News)

Join us at the Pearl Bailey Library for a vibrant evening of West African rhythm, movement and culture! On February 12 at 6:00 PM Tidewater Arts Outreach will present an energetic performance inspired by traditional West African music. Expect live drumming, dynamic dance, and an inclusive, community-centered celebration that honors African heritage and the spirit of Black History Month.
