AA at DG Anime Club at Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center (Newport News)

Age at least 9 yrs but less than 18 yrs.
The purpose of this club is to meet with other people to discuss your love and appreciation for anime. Learn about the history and different types of anime and explore the different aspects of anime from animators and voice actors.
This is a great opportunity to connect with each other in a safe and accepting space. You’ll not only share the thing you love about anime, you’ll also hopefully learn something new about anime or anime culture. Join us!
New this season: during the second meeting of the month, participants will work on the perspective and world-building of their own anime drawings, led by an architecture student from Hampton University!
