Welcome Our New Advertiser: Belles & Buggies Stroller Fitness!

Please give a warm welcome to our new advertiser, Belles & Buggies Stroller Fitness Classes! These classes are offered through local business 3 Point Fitness, a personal training company.

Belles & Buggies is a fun, outdoor fitness stroller class for moms and their little ones. Get fit, meet moms just like you, and spend time with your kids, all at the same time! They offer two different types of classes:

1) Bands & Belles – alternates walking or running while pushing your kids in your stroller, and resistance band exercises for strengthening and
toning, and

2) Belles with Bells – same as the Bands & Belles class, except you will use a kettlebell for your strengthening and toning exercises.
