The Virginia Symphony/Symphonicity, and fresh sea air… what better combination for a concert! Don’t miss the upcoming FREE performances of The Symphony By The Sea Concert Series at the Virginia Beach oceanfront!

Where: Neptune’s Park, 31st Street Park, 3001 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA

When: All concerts are from 7:30-9:00pm. 2025 Rain dates as needed on Sept 4, Sept 11, Sept 18.

    • Symphonicity Orchestra presents: “3-2-1 Action” – featuring Chandler Nunnally from WTKR News 3 as emcee! The concert will highlight hugely popular movie music classics from Indiana Jones, Gladiator, Titanic, Apollo 13, Braveheart, Harry Potter, The Patriot, Forrest Gump and more!

    • Virginia Symphony Orchestra:  “Sounds of the Americas” – Enjoy a symphonic tour from the Great White North with Howard Shore’s Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, to the Amazon Rainforest with Antonio Carlos Jobim’s The Girl from Ipanema. Featuring music from Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, and Brazil, Sounds of the Americas celebrates the different cultures, sound, and stories of the Western Hemisphere.

    • Symphonicity Orchestra: “An American Salute” – Join legendary WHRO Classical FM radio host, Raymond Jones, as we mark America’s 250th yearlong birthday celebration with historic and contemporary patriotic classics. The concert will feature The Doorway Singers with American folk songs, marches, and military tribute finale!

Description: Neptune Festival’s Symphony by the Sea Concert Series, makes its grand return in 2025 for the 14th Season of concerts!

Located in 31st Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all concerts are a FREE musical offering to residents and visitors. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the concerts are well-attended and will fill the park.
