Description: FLEX FEST is an all-day fitness festival, showcasing over a dozen fitness markets and wellness providers with the common goal of promoting healthy living through community involvement in a safe and fun environment! The first installment of FLEX FEST will include a CrossFit Competition, various group fitness segments, ‘Kid Fit’ block, and a Zumba® Fitness Party grand finale! Proceeds from FLEX FEST will be donated to Operation Homefront.
