McDonald’s Garden Events for Kids

McDonald Garden Center locations in Chesapeake, Hampton and Virginia Beach have many events for the kids on their 2012 calendar!

Upcoming fun this Spring/Summer includes:

“Berrylicious- Grow Your Own Strawberries!” on Saturday, March 24 at 11am. Kids will plant their own strawberries! Cost $8 (Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach)

“Lil’ Bunny Veggie Garden- Grow Your Own Veggies!” on Saturday, April 7 at 11am. Kids can plant their own vegetables and watch them grow. Cost $8 (Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach)

“Mini Gardens for Mom: A Workshop for Kids” on Saturday, May 5 at 11am. Boys & Girls will create a magical, blooming mini garden with tiny plants, characters and accessories. $20 for all supplies. (Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach)

“The Great Pumpkin- Grow Your Own Pumpkins & Gourds” on Saturday June 30 at 11am. Kids will plant their own pumpkins and gourds that will be ready to pick just in time for Halloween! $10 for all supplies.
