4-H is the youth (ages 5 to 19) development education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension. 4-H is rich with learning experiences where young people partner with caring adults and volunteers in a fellowship unlike any other program available to youth today. During the summer, 4-H offers a range of day and residential (overnight) camps.

Classes include: Cake Decorating, Candy Making, Wine, Beer & Cider Making, Kids in the Kitchen, Garnishing, Pizza Making, Cheese Making, Canning and more! Party room available.

Free Library Programs and Services including storytimes, classes for all ages, and homework assistance.

A comprehensive program that gives individuals with disabilities the opportunity to develop functional skills through therapy, acquire leisure skills through leisure education, and enhance leisure lifestyles through recreation participation in the least restrictive environment, based on each individual's needs.

Tidewater Community College’s weekly College and Career Exploration Camps are being offered all summer long on TCC’s campuses in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk & Virginia Beach. Scholarships available.
