What happens after I RSVP?
Nothing is charged and nothing is published automatically. We review your request, then send your proposal, agreement and invoice through Dubsado. Your reservation is confirmed once the agreement and payment are complete, and your placement goes live only after the required information and payment are received.
Do I need all my details ready before I RSVP?
No. Reserve your spot now and send your final images, links, and promotional details later. We’ll let you know exactly what we need and when.
Can I promote both an event and a giftable offer?
Yes. Choose Promote Both. Your event promotion and Gift Guide placement can run at the same time, with Gift Guide visibility continuing after the event ends. It is two separate placements coordinated as one connected campaign.
When will my promotion run?
The Holiday Gift Guide goes live November 1 and your placement stays active through December 31. Holiday event promotion may begin October 15 and ends when your event ends.
What do you need from me?
Your organization and offer details, destination link, logo and one strong image. You do not need to create finished artwork. MyActiveChild will format your placement using the Holiday Campaign templates.
