Local Teen Author Featured at Homeschool Day at The Virginia Zoo

Local teen author Geremiah DelValle will be onsite at the Virginia Zoo for Homeschool Day on March 6th!

Where: Virginia Zoo, Norfolk VA

When: Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 10am-2pm

About the Author: Geremiah DelValle is a local 15-year-old author who wrote his book, Lands of Scientia, at the age of 11. He has a love for science and literature, so he loves to speak about his book to encourage the joy of reading – he will be reading a portion of his book at this event! 

About Geremiah’s book – Lands of Scientia: This journey of three middle school friends is unlike no other. Filled with fun scientific facts about different habitats and animals in an imaginative way. This page-turner will keep readers waiting to see if the Freedom Trio can save the Lands of Scientia. The journey to the different habitats facing one challenge after another getting increasingly difficult as they learn their powers. Adventure to the Lands of Scientia in this great literally work of art about science, self-determination, and teamwork.
