On January 31st- School Bullying Part Two 4-6pm at Chesapeake Bay Academy 821 Baker Rd. Virginia Beach, VA (located behind the Heritage United Methodist Church)

Session Description: Many workshops on bullying aim to increase the knowledge and skills of the adults that work with students involved in bullying, but few actively include those with the most knowledge about bullying: The students! Well, things are about to change because this workshop is designed for both adults AND children aged 4 through 12. First, a puppet show on bullying will be presented by Norfolk sheriff, Deputy Bob. Then participants will learn about how to deal with bullying situations. Specifically, participants will create their own customized safety plans that outline how to avoid and to escape bullying situations. Time will also be set aside for discussion and questions.
