My family is a dog family and I couldn’t imagine our household without our dog Oscar as a part of it. There are so many dogs in shelters in Hampton Roads, we wanted to bring you a featured “Adoptable Dog of the Week” to try and showcase these great dogs and help them find their FURever homes- possibly even as a part of Your Active Family!

This week we bring you a sweet girl named Twister! Please share with other animal loving families who may be just the right fit for Twister’s FURever home!

Meet Twister, a 1-year-old lab mix looking for a family who can keep up with her endless energy! Whether it’s swimming, hiking, or running, Twister would be the perfect companion to take along on all your adventures! Twister gets along well with kids and other dogs, but plays a little too rough for cats. If your family is looking for a sweet pup with lots of love to give, Twister is your girl!
