Radiant Rhymes at Main Street Library (Newport News)

April is National Poetry Month! Come celebrate with us! We’ll read poems written by prominent poets such as Langston Hughes, Shel Silverstein, and Mary Ann Hoberman. We’ll also explore the works of various others. Then you’ll put your pen to paper to begin your own poetry portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to share your wonderful work with the group at the end. Ages 12-17. No registration required.
