Nature Explorers at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge (Virginia Beach)

FreeSchool is out – time to explore the outdoors! Join the Nature Explorers squad for a deep dive into the world of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. In this weeklong summer camp, we will explore wetlands, the beach, forests, and more during a week of fun activities, including fishing, nature hikes, microscopes and more. Note that this program is a weeklong camp that takes place over multiple days, from 9am-12pm August 14-18th.
Open to ages 10-13. Call (757) 301-7329 ext. 3106 to sign up! Event takes place at 4005 Sandpiper Road at the Visitor Center. Come down the entrance road after passing the fee booth. Entrance fee ($5 per vehicle) applies unless you have a pass or are hiking/biking through.
