Mother’s Day Mommy & Me Yoga Workshop and Open House (Virginia Beach)

 

2:00 – 2: 30pm – Open House, Free for everyone (All open house attendees will receive complimentary class passes for both kids and parents for use at a later date in the future.)

2:30 – 3:30 Mommy & Me Yoga workshop $35 for both parent and child (One lucky family at the mother’s day workshop will win a surprise FREE Yoga Gift Bag!)

Come and Meet Erin Kline, our sweet and gifted Kids Yoga Instructor at Open House! Come and get information about Kids Yoga classes, upcoming kids related events, and membership and class packages! Learn all the ways that our kids yoga program can help children as a complement to sports and with mindfulness, dealing with anxiety & sleeping issues, strength conditioning and much more! Both of our teachers are also certified to work with children with special needs, too! All are welcome!!

Followed up with Mommy & Me yoga workshop. This interactive workshop is for a parent and child ages 5-10 years. This workshop includes fun partner poses, games, music, dance and visual projects. Breathing exercises and mindfulness will be introduced to help you and your child feel calm and energized. Enjoy some quality time with your child, and meet other parents in this fun interactive class. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

*Any adult family member are welcome to attend with their child (mom, dad, grandparent etc)

*Age group 5-10, other age group for kids can be included on a case-by-case.
