Stop by this fun garden gathering for hands-on activities designed for children as a cooperative endeavor between Norfolk Master Gardeners and the Virginia Zoo. Learn the connection between plants, animals, and people. Programs are included with regular Zoo admission, happen simultaneously, and may vary between two themes:
Thyme in the Garden: A drop-in educational cart, is an outdoor experience incorporating a brief lesson with a hands-on activity to make and take.
Garden Tales: A horticultural-based storytime and related craft.
Weather dependent.
