Increase your child’s self-awareness and personal growth with Karma Kids Yoga!
Ignite curiosity in a new & exciting way by diving into the world of mindfulness. Centered around a theme, kids will explore their bodies through breath, a mindful activity (such as “musical mats” & melted crayon art) and, of course, YOGA poses! Kids are given the opportunity to interact with one another AND look within themselves through meaningful conversation with the group. Join us two Saturdays a month to see what yoga and mindfulness can do for your little one!
