Three-day celebration of African American culture at the 24th st stage and park that is centered around music, fashion, art, food, education, and history. During this event, attendees will enjoy a weekend of live musical performances from local and national artists highlighting Black Music Month, a Ms. Tidewater Black Beauty Pageant, a cheerwine toast, local business shououts, STEM activities, “Emerge” Artist Showcase, vendors, and more!
