Greenbrier Farms Presents Derby Day (Chesapeake)

$25Come join us for a day filled with excitement, elegance, and of course, horse racing! Get your fancy hats ready because we’re bringing the Derby experience to you. Sip on mint juleps, vote for your favorite horse, and enjoy the thrill of the races. It’s the perfect opportunity to dress up, socialize, and soak in the southern charm. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable event.
Tickets: General Entry Includes (1) Mint Julep in a souvenir cup. Walk around access. Bring your own seating. VIP Tent Table Tickets available.
Extras: Mint Julep’s, southern style Hive Farm Bar and Grill menu, multiple bars, cigar booth, local vendors from 2pm – 7pm, Makers Mark reps, Peake Chic booth 2pm – 7pm hosting Derby Styled Accessories & Hat Making, and Perfectly Franks hot dog tent.
Event Activities:
– 5:30pm Stick Horse Relay. Be sure to gather your team.
– Best Dressed (Announced after the final race. Winner must be in attendance to win).
– RAFFLE. Vote for the horse you think will win. Raffle tickets are $5 and will be located at the entry gate and stage. Votes will need to be placed at the stage. We will be pulling one ticket for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. May the best horses win. Drawing will be around 7:30pm (winner must be in attendance at time of drawing, otherwise we will redraw) Raffle prize will be a portion of the raffle money collected.
