Caribbean Dreaming (Virginia Beach)

The audience will sail the Caribbean seas on the sound waves of steel drums with Gary Garlic. Find out how the outlawing of drums on many Caribbean islands led to people inventing instruments from steel, developing a unique sound and art form all their own.
