Bat Bay at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge (Virginia Beach)

Bats play an important role in many ecosystems around the world. Bats help control pests by eating insects and in some parts of the world are important pollinators. During this program we will use a device to listen for bats and identify the types of bats in our local area. All ages welcome!
