Life skill classes for middle school students! Teens who attend regularly can earn Gift cards and a certificate.

Where: Buffalow Family and Friends Multipurpose Center 2403 Bainbridge Blvd, Suite B. Chesapeake VA

When: This class meets on select Mondays. There are both online and in-person options.

Description: Learn more about: Communication skills, dealing with your emotions, life skills, social skills, keeping calm, body language and nonverbal communication, and stress management.
