4-H is the youth (ages 5 to 19) development education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension. 4-H is rich with learning experiences where young people partner with caring adults and volunteers in a fellowship unlike any other program available to youth today. During the summer, 4-H offers a range of day and residential (overnight) camps.
We assist you in advocating for the special education and related services your child requires. Our team participates in IEP meetings with parents to help secure the services their children need. We also file state and federal complaints against school districts that violate laws protecting students with disabilities. Furthermore, we provide coaching to help parents gain the knowledge and skills to effectively advocate at IEP meetings.

We work with participants with disabilities to restore physical, cognitive, social, and emotional functioning, build confidence, develop coping skills, and integrate skills learned in treatment settings into everyday life. Intervention areas vary widely and are based upon client interests, such as aquatics, arts & crafts, animal therapy, camps, outdoor adventure, adapted sports, music therapy, special events, and so much more!
I make sublimation Skinny Tumblers, Coffee Cups, Can Coolers, Kid Tumblers and Sippy Cups, Shirts, Puzzles, Mouse Pads, Pillows, Blankets, Wallets, Magnets, Coasters and more. I have hundreds of designs. All custom made with any design or Picture you could think of.
Offered seasonally. This 75-minute walking tour explores the hidden meanings buried in Suffolk’s Historic Cedar Hill Cemetery. The tour will feature Victorian-era symbolism, burial practices, funerary industries, and mourning rituals. This intriguing and educational excursion will highlight how the residents of Suffolk both lived and died in the 19th century. Cedar Hill Cemetery is more than two centuries old, with roots that harken back to the founding of Suffolk. With keen eyes and curious minds, this tour will bring into focus the fascinating world of Victorian America, their obsession with death, dying, and living beyond the grave.

Offered seasonally in October. Walk the torch lit trails of Kay’s Acres this October with the creatures and lost souls from a carnival tragedy decades ago. This doesn’t mean it’s not a great place to enjoy yourself during the day. But at night, you can certainly tell.. there’s a lot here that…hasn’t left…

Offered regularly throughout the year. A hair-raising encounter with the spirited side of Suffolk. Follow a costumed guide through the shadows of historic Main Street discovering stories, legends and “unexplained occurrences” by lantern light. Tales of unsolved mysteries and unresolved affairs abound throughout Suffolk’s historically hip Ghost Walk. Reservations required.
