Participants must be comfortable swimming one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) demonstrating some knowledge of the specified stroke and a rhythmic breathing pattern. Additionally\, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water. A Recreation Center Membership or day pass is required for participation. Freestyle Prerequisites: Demonstrates a good front crawl stroke with rhythmic breaths. Backstroke Prerequisite: Demonstrates a good back crawl stroke and face is out of the water. DESCRIPTION:These clinics are for participants who are interested in improving their stroke techniques.  Participants must be comfortable swimming one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) demonstrating some knowledge of the specified stroke and rhythmic breathing pattern.  Additionally\, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water.  A Recreation Center Membership or day pass is required for participation.\nSwim league Prep Prerequisite: Participants must have knowledge of front crawl with rhythmic breathing and back crawl and be comfortable in deep water.
