Yogi Slumber Party & Movie Night (NorfolK)

Join us for yoga + a movie night – slumber part style!
We will start off with a 45 min yoga class in your pajamas. Then stick around for a movie night RIGHT ON YOUR MAT (movie title TBD). You can pull out your favorite bolster + Mexican blanket as you cuddle up on your mat or bring your own comfy accessories along for the ride! Class is open to everyBODY, but please BYOS (bring your own snacks).
