Yoga with Chessie! at Lee Hall Depot (Newport News)

Our favorite feline, Chessie, will be at the Depot for a workout featuring the mewest exercise trend—kitty yoga. Looking for an extra bite to your usual routine? Stretch in cat pose and undertake other movements to enhance fitness, relaxation and meditation. Purrfect for participants of any age or skill set. The session lasts about an hour and is led by a certified yoga instructor. Please bring your own mat or beach towel. $12.00 fee includes museum admission, yoga class, and refreshments. Tickets available beginning March 1!
