Wiggle Wednesdays at We Rock The Spectrum (Chesapeake)

May is Mental Health Month for Children. What better way to encourage children to use healthy coping skills & celebrate them than to do it through music!  Children naturally love music! Whether it’s soft and soothing or a lively tune, children feel it both physically and emotionally. As children grow, they learn that movement can communicate messages and represent actions.    Wiggle Wednesday features kid-friendly song & dance routines based on repetitious choreography. Wiggle Wednesday helps to develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Each session incorporates key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, confidence, creativity, teamwork, memory, creativity, and coordination. Every move is a musical opportunity. –

Designed for children ages 5 and older. A caregiver is required & creates a wonderful bonding experience.
