Sewing Knits at 757 Creative Reuse Center (Norfolk)

$10 – $25This is an intermediate level sewing class to learn the basics of sewing stretch fabrics. Attendees should be familiar with using a basic sewing machine, a serger or both.
You’ll need 1.5 yards of stretch knit material for a t-shirt or 1 yard of stretch material for a tank top. Also bring a pattern made for knits. Bring your own fabric shears if you have them. Use our machines or bring your own.
This class is for folks who are already comfortable using a sewing machine. This is not an introduction or beginners class.
13 and up with a parent.
