Ruff Roads Pet Rescue Spring Fling (Portsmouth)

Free4-23-25 UPDATE: We will not have adoptable dogs at this event, as previously advertised. We had to make this “ruff” decision in order to obtain insurance coverage for this event.
We are planning a SPRING FLING at 4811 High St W, Portsmouth VA (right at the corner of Cedar Lane and High Street), on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 1pm-5pm.
Like our annual fall fests, vendors will be set up in the center of “merchant square”, where ALL the action takes place, nestled amidst our paint & plant patch, face painting, bubble pawty, food, ice cream truck, raffles and ticket sales!
We will have horse rides, adoptable dogs, and carnival games to play for prizes! There will be lots of activities to participate in, and something for EVERY age! This will be a fantastic family fun day!
